Dr. Yauheni Owen Solad is Managing Partner at Dalos Partners and research affiliate at Yale University. A physician leader focused on healthcare technology and AI, he guides AI strategy, implementation, and validation for health organizations. Formerly VP Innovation & CMIO for Digital Health at UC Davis Health, he launched their Digital Incubator and led generative AI efforts, after directing digital health at Yale New Haven Health. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics, Dr. Solad advances responsible AI through roles with NODE Health, CHAI and ValidAI. He continues to practice telemedicine and hosts the ReAlignedHealthcare podcast.
